You may review and change the selected certification bodies before submitting your request.
After submission, we share the information you provided in the certification request with the certification bodies / ISO registrars you selected. A single request may be sent to up to five selected certification bodies.
The selected certification bodies may contact you directly to clarify details, prepare a quote, or discuss certification services.
Certification bodies are independent third parties. Their handling of your information may be governed by their own privacy practices. 11. Directory Visibility and Partner Certification BodiesAudit Advisor may display information about certification bodies in its directory. The directory may include both paid partners and non-partner certification bodies.
Paid partner certification bodies may receive higher visibility in relevant search results or directory placements when their accreditation scope, service area, and selected standards match the user’s request.
This visibility model does not mean that Audit Advisor limits users only to paid partners. Users may review available certification bodies and decide which organizations should receive their request.

19. California Privacy NoticeAudit Advisor is available to users in the United States, including California. Based on the current size and operation of the service, Audit Advisor does not believe it currently meets the thresholds for a “business” under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.

Even if Audit Advisor is not currently subject to CCPA/CPRA, California users may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information they have submitted.
We do not sell personal information to data brokers or unrelated third parties. When a user submits a certification request and selects certification bodies, we share the request information with those selected certification bodies so they can respond to the user’s request.

U.S. section of Audit Advisor.
Audit Advisor may also operate separate regional sections, including sections intended for users in the United Kingdom and Russia. Separate privacy policies may apply to those sections.
If you access the U.S. section from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in countries other than your own. If your request is not relevant to the U.S. service, we may redirect you to another regional section, ask you to resubmit your request through the appropriate page, or delete the request where appropriate.
